Description

Discover the first adventure in the BACKSTORIES range: Alone under the Ice!

Backstories is a game with mechanics that are as simple as they are revolutionary: a bit like Point and Click video games, interact with your environment by advancing in your thrilling adventure. Some cards (Panorama) represent the environment in which you are evolving. Other cards (Actions) are perforated, and represent the actions that you can perform (Discuss, Search, Objects in your possession, etc.). To interact, simply place a perforated card on the back of the Panorama card that interests you, then turn the card over, and simply read the result of your choice.

Be careful, however, in each scenario that you go through, each of your choices will have real consequences... Be ready to assume them!

In Alone under the Ice, you play as Sophie. Go in search of your brother Jean, who disappeared in mysterious circumstances. The latest news you received comes from a refuge at the top of Mont Blanc, via a letter that Jean sent you. It seems that he was looking for a treasure lost since the 1940s: The Amber Room!

It's your turn to play now!

And don't forget: Your Choices, Your Adventure!
