Cascadia is a tile-matching, token drafting game featuring the habitats and wildlife of the Pacific Northwest. As the turns progress, players build their own area of land and populate it with the available wildlife.

Players must thus create a diverse and harmonious ecosystem because each species has area preferences, and each habitat must be placed judiciously to reduce fragmentation and score as best as possible. Cascadia features a 2-part puzzle that evolves over time as habitats and wildlife are added to each player's ecosystem. The players score points by creating the most harmonious wildlife spaces, but also the widest.
