DTC: meaning “Give Your Cards”

Get rid of all your cards by sneakily giving them each turn to your neighbor on the left. Anything goes as long as he accepts the offer you make to him.

Bluff, lie, go bold, in short... make your opponent believe that the cards you offer are the ones you announce!

Your neighbor can then accept your offer without flinching, or question it:
. if he accepts it, he will have to make a higher offer to the next player;
. if he accuses you of lying, the loser takes the cards as a penalty.
