The Witcher – Old Word, play as a Witcher and explore the continent, improve your skills and fight other witchers to obtain trophies. Set years before the saga of Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher – Old World explores a time when monsters roamed the continent in greater numbers, creating constant peril that required the attention of expertly trained monster slayers, known under the name of sorcerers.

In this competitive adventure board game, 2 to 5 players travel across a vast map, embark on masterful quests, encounter and make ambiguous moral choices, fight monsters – and sometimes fight with other witchers for defend the honor of their school! The game allows players to build their own unique decks of cards by choosing from a wide range of abilities: attacks, dodges, and combat magic – known as “signs”. Thanks to card synergy, players attempt to achieve powerful combos by making best use of the abilities of their school of wizards. Quests, battles and even dice poker allow each player to win
money, obtain new items and train your skills.

The first player to obtain 4 to 6 trophies wins the game. You can earn trophies by killing monsters, instigating and winning chaotic tavern brawls against another wizard, training attributes to their highest level, and solving certain quests throughout your adventure.

The game includes a Solo mode which allows you to experience a solo adventure on the Continent.

The Deluxe Edition contains 28 monster figures.
