The harvest is in, it's time to celebrate! The emperor declared that the festival would be the most beautiful ever. You are the craftsmen responsible for decorating the palace lake with floating lanterns and lighting the sky with fireworks.

Throw the dice-lanterns and assign one to each player so that everyone can complete their game sheet. Will you choose to check the Pavilions to get gifts from the emperor and perform bonus actions? Or the Pontoons and increase your fully penciled areas to place the Fireworks tiles there in order to score victory points? Unless you plan to circle the Ships for more points late in the game? Balancing your choices will allow you to create the most effective combinations. The player with the most Honor Points, the one who makes the best impression on the Emperor, wins the game!
