All roads lead to Rome…

The Empire of Caesar is a Eurogame for 2 to 5 players, based on the universe of Asterix and Obelix, the popular comic book series. You play as Roman soldiers who are part of Julius Caesar's entourage and your mission is to expand his empire by building Roads.

The person who brings the most glory to Rome will be richly rewarded!

In Caesar's Empire, you will need to build Roads in order to connect Rome to the other Cities shown on the map. You will earn points every time you build a Road. Each new City that you connect to Rome allows you to collect City tokens and Wealth tokens which will earn you additional points at the end of the game. This ends when Rome is connected to all the Cities on the board. All players must then add their City token and Wealth token points to the points they have earned during the game. The player with the most points wins!
