After months of planning, The Joker has escaped from Blackgate Prison and Arkham Asylum twelve most wanted Super-Villains who are Batman's worst enemies: Bane, Penguin, Scarecrow, Two-Face , Deathstroke, Mr Freeze, the mystery man, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Ra's al Ghul, Man bat and Killer Kroc.

Together, they came up with 10 plans to destroy the City of Gotham City. Will the Joker and his henchmen manage to destroy Gotham City and escape before Batman and his allies stop them?
